Novel transgenic mice for the determination of TRPM4 proteins
The establishing of a viable line of mice, which are not able to produce TRPM4-proteins („TRPM4-knock-out-mice”) enables the exact determination of the loss of function. This facilitates interferences on the function of TRPM4-channels.
