Novel instrument and methods for the accelerated re-ossointegration of dental implants

The novel instrument for the accelerated re-osseointegration of dental implants resembles, at its core, a novel dental drill (dental drilling device) and is available in many embodiments. For improved preparation and subsequent re-osseointegration of dental implants, all embodiments of the novel drilling device feature guiding and positioning means which allow for the exact removal of the contaminated areas of the gingival or the bone surrounding the implant. The precision of the removal is realised in that, the novel dental drilling device, in its simplest embodiment, is fixed in the top area of the implant. The exact positioning and guiding is, in a further variant, also possible by encompassing the top area of the dental implant.
