WISTA-MANAGEMENT GMBH is the operating company of the Berlin Adlershof Science and Technology Park. Berlin Adlershof Science City is one of the most successful high-technology sites in Germany. It is home to 1,013 companies and scientific institutions on an area of 4.2 km² – embedded in an integrated urban planning concept.

15,996 people work and 6,524 study here. The Science and Technology Park is at the heart of the Adlershof Science City. It encompasses 510 companies and ten non-university research institutes. They focus on: photonics and optics, renewable energies and photovoltaics, microsystems and materials, IT and media, biotechnology and environment and analytics.

The thermal photovoltaic system (TPV) of Duropan Alliance is a hybrid system that combines thermovoltaic technology cohesively with photovoltaic technology. Today's photovoltaic (PV) technology is characterized by an increased sensitivity to heat within rising temperature-stress.

Because of that, the TPV-system, consisting of a thermal transmitter (fluid flowed through support plate as a thermal diffuser, thermal barrier with embedded thermoelectric generators, thermal accumulator), which will be cohesively positioned on the surface of silicon solar cells, was developed.

The Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nano Systems ENAS focusses on smart systems integration by using micro & nano technologies.

Micrometal GmbH presents etching in high volumes according to customers’ specifications. The most complex product shapes can be etched out of metal with tightest tolerances. Design options for photo etched parts are almost unlimited. With its special Inline production technology, Micrometal can etch sheets from 0.025 mm thickness.

Typical etched parts for a large variety of industries are filters, screens, grids, pins, lancets, contacts, blades, functional surfaces, etc. In cooperation with our partners, we can offer you comprehensive single-supplier solutions with added value.

Multiphoton Optics GmbH manufactures 3D laser lithography systems for the production of optical packages and biomedical products and offers a prototyping and manufacturing service. At Hannover Messe Multiphoton Optics presents its LithoProf3D-equipment for high-precision 3D printing for applications in optics/photonics, life sciences, biomedicine, mask fabrication, etc. as well as the LithoSoft3D-slicer software to create GCodes, designs of structures and different fabrication strategies.

The slicer is also available as stand-alone product. LithoP&E prototyping and engineering support for industry, institutes, and universities and consulting services, for example with respect to the implementation of conventional two-dimensional and three-dimensional process technologies (high-precision 3D printing), are also part of the product portfolio.

IVAM Microtechnology Network is an international association with members in the fields of microtechnology, nanotechnology, advanced materials and photonics. IVAM supports mainly small and medium-sized companies in bringing innovative technologies and products to market and thus securing advantages in international competition.

Since 1995 IVAM has been supporting companies and institutions from all around the world. The central mission of the association is to create synergies and to support its members in exchanging knowledge, initiating joint projects and networking with each other and potential customers.
