Identification of T cell target antigens

T-cells play key roles in many diseases: they defeat infections, attack “self” tissue in autoimmune diseases and they attack tumor tissues. T-cell antigens are in direct causal relation to pathogenesis.

Antigen determination of tissue–invasive lymphocytes: The invention is a method for the identification of T-cell epitopes of 7-10 amino acids in length (e.g. linear antigen sequence). No prior information about the nature of the antigen entity required. It is an HTS method with extremely high sensitivity (one positive cell detected in 10,000,000 negative cells within a few hours).
