Novel Chroman-4-one-Agents for the Prophylaxis and Therapy of Fungal and Bacterial Infections
The offered invention opens up a new avenue for providing new agents at the disposal of combating the emerging resistance to existing antibiotics. The obtained agents are primarily suited for the prophylaxis and therapy of fungal and bacterial infections resistant to conventional antibiotics, and particularly targeting multi-drug-resistant bacteria.
