Error Correction Circuit

The invention permits detection and correction of transient errors in digital circuits in regular operation. It simplifies the necessary hardware and improves the reliability of highly integrated electronic circuits. The invention is especially suited to applications in which transient errors occur frequently due to environmental factors, such as radiation, and in which multiple circuits for error correction are not wanted.
