Completely digital Flash ADC with variable switching point inverters

The innovation relates to a novel inverter based comparator and a complete digital

Flash ADC using the comparator for PMOS or NMOS only circuits.<br> An analog digital converter (ADC) is a fundamental block of any sensor systems or any system that is interfaced to real world analog signal input. All the real world signals around us are in analog domain. But for processing the information conveyed by these analog signals, the digital circuits are required as they are cheaper and faster.
