Apparatus for In vitro microdialysis investigations

Microdialysis is an innovative method for the determination of drug concentrations in the interstitial fluid. Before performing microdialysis in vivo it is crucial to determine permeation and dialysis characteristics of the molecule of interest. An apparatus was developed which guarantees conditions mimicking the in vivo situation and allows for easy and clean handling.
