Subharmonic mixer for electromagnetic high frequency radiation in the terahertz frequency range
The present subharmonic frequency mixer is used to generate a mixed signal from frequencies in the submillimeter and the terahertz wavelength.
Based on standards of the semiconductor technology, this new mixer achieves an extra high mixing efficiency due to operating above the transistor cutoff frequency.
