T-cell stimulatory peptides from the melanoma-associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (MCSP)
The invention discloses a MCSP epitope recognized by CD4+ T lymphocytes. MCSP-specific T-cell clones from the peripheral blood of a healthy human donor could be induced and a T-cell epitope, which is located in the core protein, could be identified.
