CHK1SNPs: Functional genetic polymorphisms (SNPs) in the human CHK1 gene for numerous pharmacogenetic applications
Enclosed are new, functionally relevant single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in regulatory sequences of the human CHK1 gene which encodes the checkpoint-kinase-1. Distinct genotypes of these SNPs determine the tissue expression of Chk-1 and disease progression in different cancer entities.
