Redoxmodifizierter Biosensor
Production of a biosensor, comprising the deposition of a redox mediator on the working electrode of a sensor and coating the redox mediator with an aqueous solution of the hydrogel at 2 °C or less, keeping the sensor at -5 to 0 °C for 20-40 minutes, and gelling the solution at 4 °C.
