Recovery of palladium(II)
By means of a new class of extracting agents palladium(II) can be extracted very selectively from corrosive, oxidizing media. This noble metal can thereby be recovered directly from leaching solutions of secondary sources of raw materials such as used exhaust gas catalyzers from cars.
