Device and procedure for optimizing dental composite applications
When composite resigns are applied to tooth cavities, often marginal fractures occur during the polymerization process due to the build-up of shrinkage stresses. A hermetic seal of the tooth cavity is consequantly not assured and secondary caries, often associated with pain, may develop.
