Magneto-Hydrodynamic Plasma Valve for the Regulation of Gas Flow and Particle Beams
The new magneto-hydrodynamic plasma valve has been developed for flow regulation and disconnection of gases with different pressures. The system has no mechanical components or partitions. Therefore, particle beams can be trans¬ferred without obstruction.
