Novel CYP substrates for in vitro analysis
New substrates for metabolizing enzymes are available for in vitro analysis of drug interactions. These substrates show a clear fluorescence of metabolites and they can be applied in a broad range. They are high-through-put and LC/MS compatible. The here described substrates have an advantageous enzyme kinetic and no solubility problems.
