Intensity Stabilization of Miniaturized cw-Lasers

Chaotic intensity fluctuations are a problem of cw-lasers which use few modes but more than one mode. This problem can be solved with the patented multiple delay feeedback. This method can be applied in particular to multiple mode cw-DPSS without any need to change the laser optical design.
