9th Molecular Quantum Mechanics Conference – 2019 Heidelberg

Prof. Frank Neese, Director of the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung (former Director of the MPI for Chemical Energy Conversion) is the Scientific Chair of the event.

The conference will be on general subjects in theoretical chemistry but with an emphasis on wave function theory.

All together almost 70 oral presentations, including four historic lectures, will be delivered and two poster sessions will be held.

The series of „Molecular Quantum Mechanics“ conferences are held as a triannual event and traditionally honor the scientific achievements of leading scientists in the field of molecular quantum mechanics.

The MQM 2019 in Germany will be held in honor of Prof. Werner Kutzelnigg, Prof. Wilfried Meyer and Prof. Sigrid Peyerimhoff and in memory of Prof. Reinhart Ahlrichs.
