Vertical machining center

This invention describes a fully integrated vertical “revolving system” allowing continuous and random automated loading and transfer of multiple work pieces to the manufacturing section of the machine. The productivity of this vertical machining center (VMC) is increased at about 30% compared to present-state-of-the-art VMCs. Additionally, no separate robotic system or complex design is required to furnish the manufacturing section with work pieces. Other VMCs, in order to present a similar functionality need an automatic palette system or a robot arm. In a nutshell, this invention presents a fast, inexpensive 4-axis vertical machining center providing users the possibility to increase their production yield, reduce costs, save space and automate production processes
