Segmentation Technique and Object Tracking

The segmentation techniques of the Technology Centre for Information Studies at Bremen University and the University Clinic, Würzburg allow the visualisation of the movements of biological cells.

The technique is based on an algorithm that util-ises the image's grey level diversion.
