Held every two years, the conference and exhibition International Conference on Ocean Energy (ICOE) is being hosted by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) in association with the European Ocean Energy Association (EUOEA) in Dublin this year after venues in Bremerhaven, Brest and Bilbao.
Over 100 speakers from 25 countries and over 750 international experts and world-leading companies in ocean energy are expected. There they will discuss how best to progress this emerging industry with representatives of the European Commission and other international politicians, i.a.
