PLUGs for network components

<br>

Get your network components up to scratch and minimize downtimes in your plant.

With the KEY-PLUG and C-PLUG exchangeable media, it is possible to enable additional functions of different network components specifically for industrial use. KEY-PLUG contains all the functionalities of C-PLUG.

C-PLUG allows, for example, fast and simple device replacement in the case of an error and is used for automatic backup of configuration data.

With SCALANCE W network components, KEY-PLUG for IWLAN can realize wireless real-time communication, for example

KEY-PLUG for SCALANCE X-500 enables Layer 3 functionality on all Layer 2 devices

Benefits

Functional expansions of network components without device replacement
Possibility of real-time transfer via Industrial Wireless LAN
Minimization of downtimes when errors occur
No specialized personnel required for device replacement
