Distinction of enantiomers by means of broadband femtosecond – circular dichroism-laser ionization mass spectrometry (CD-LIMS)
Especially in unknown mixtures, the distinction of emantiomers is today very expensive. A combination of chemical analysis on the one hand and the determination of the purity of emantiomers on the other hand are required. This has to be performed in separate working steps.
