Protein-rich foodstuff
The invention is for a protein-rich plant foodstuff and a process for its production. The aim of the invention is to create a foodstuff that has the same amount of protein but lower fat content and is fruit-based and can be cultivated in central Europe. The residues of rape oil production can be used in the process.
