INTERNORGA 2012 fully booked

INTERNORGA – the leading fair for the out-of-home market
at the Hamburg Fair site from 9 to 14 March 2012
The exhibition halls are full for INTERNORGA 2012. More than 1,200 exhibitors from over 25 countries are expected at the international trade fair, to be held at the Hamburg Fair site from 9 to 14 March 2012, presenting trends and innovations for the whole of the out-of-home market. The exhibitor list reads like a “Who’s Who” of the industry, with the market leaders from all sectors presenting their innovative products and services.
INTERNORGA covers the whole range, with its focal areas “Kitchen equipment and facilities”, “Food and beverages”, “Equipment and fittings”, “Baking and confectionery supplies”, and “IT, cash register systems and communication” – fantastic for trade visitors, giving them a complete overview under one roof. This premier event for the out-of-home market is also an excellent communication platform. It is enhanced by the impressive supporting programme with leading conferences such as the International Foodservice Forum.

Top technical products for professional kitchens are presented by the companies on more than 20,000 square metres in Halls A2 to A4. INTERNORGA is used by leading manufacturers and global players to present their innovations and new technical developments to trade visitors from Germany and abroad.

Food and beverages take centre stage in five halls (A1, B1 to B4). The food sector includes not only the major players in the industry, but also smaller companies. The range of exhibits includes complete meals for institutional catering, new snacks for trend catering, ice cream, and even edible flowers.

The manufacturers of non-alcoholic drinks and mineral waters present their new creations for all areas of catering, from conventional restaurants to trend discos. And then there are regional breweries and suppliers of beer specialities. Even Coca Cola, which is not exhibiting at any trade fair in Germany in 2012, is flying the flag with a Business Lounge at INTERNORGA. The coffee segment is booming, and of course coffee and coffee making equipment take a prime position in Hamburg as the coffee capital.

Another key area is equipment and fittings for hotels and restaurants, with more than 16,000 square metres of exhibition space in Halls B5 and B7, featuring leading interior decorators, furniture makers and tableware suppliers. The products in Halls B6 and B6.1 are aimed at bakeries and confectioneries of all sizes. The range of products at INTERNORGA is rounded off by hardware and software for restaurants and hotels in Halls B2 (upper floor) and B3 (ground floor).

INTERNORGA is the premium platform for the industry and gives the out-of-home sector vital inputs, responds rapidly to changes, and takes innovative paths. Examples of this are the Newcomers’ Area with companies just entering the out-of-home market; the INTERNORGA Future Award for sustainable products and management; and the INTERNORGA School Catering Forum, which addresses this rapidly growing sector for the second time and will be a major highlight in 2012.

INTERNORGA, 86th International Trade Show for the Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Baking and Confectionery Industry, will be held at the Hamburg Fair site from 9 to 14 March 2012. This leading event for the out-of-home sector is expecting more than 1,200 visitors from over 25 countries and about 100,000 trade visitors from Germany and abroad.
