Re-Peptide – Recycling of proteins to functional peptides
The invention relates to the large-scale targeted process chromatography enrichment of functional peptide fractions from enzymatic hydrolysates of protein-containing raw materials. The procedure uses only water as an elution solvent and cost-effective technical release agents as chromatography material. The principles of the procedure are known from the sugar industry, where sucrose can be economically extracted from molasses.
