Test system of a humanized immune-competent mouse

The invention relates to a novel method of making a stable human-specific chimera with functional human immune cells. According to the invention, stem cells having a hematopoietic potential are transplanted into an immuno-deficient mouse. A novel conditioning method enables the stable, equally balanced formation of all cells of the human hematopoietic system, with the respective reaction patterns typical of the cells being developed in the host organism.
