Peptide-based method for monitoring gene expression in a host cell
The invention relates to a method for monitoring the expression level of a gene in a host by modulating the activity of a regulatory biomolecule. The regulatory biomolecule is a nucleic acid binding polypeptide comprising the sequences of the tetracycline-dependent gene regulation system.
