Multivalent chelator molecules for handling and manipulating recombinant proteins
The novel multivalent chelator molecules which consist of flexible scaffolds and several independent chelator groups enable purification, detection and manipulation of accordantly tagged proteins in living and fixed cells as well as in lipid vesicles. Furthermore, a usage to build up biosensors or protein arrays is possible.
