ES-Glass: Edge-Shear compound -Glass with high stiffness
Conventional laminated glass panes can not be called connected in a shear compound because of their creeping
interlayer. This connection is totally lost at temperatures of about 60° C. This means that considerable potential of load carrying capacity cannot be used at all.
