This invention affects methods and means for the prognosis of survival time in pancreatic cancer patients, particularly in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
It is based on a developed expression matrix of genes which is then used to deduct the survival time of pancreatic cancer patients using a newly developed bioinformatics algorithm.
