Method for the Synthesis of A-Ring-Aromatized Acetyl-Minocyclines
Object of the invention is a method for the synthesis of A-ring-aromatized single and multi acetylated derivatives of minocycline in a one-step reaction. Due to their cytoprotective and pharmacological properties these substances can be used for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
