This invention is suitable for measuring the oxygen concentration in gas and liquids using optical fibre technology. Oxygen concentration measurement in real-time and using a single process is thus possible in a variety of environments, including earth, reactors, waterways, fermentation cellars, horizontal tunnels (mine), food warehouses, etc.
