Magnetic Separator – For the separation of fine dusts

The new process allows to ov ercome interparticular f orces by fluidising the mixture, a special induction of shear forces and and improved process design. The applied high performance magnets are designed in a way that their magnetic field is optimised f or the separation process so that a selectiv eseparation of magnetic particles can take place. The new process opens new possibilities f or the agnetic separation of dry powders with particle sizes between 10 μm to 500 μm.

Commercial appplications Possible applications can be f ound in the f ields of pocessing of mineral ores as f or example Silicasands or in the recycling of industrial dusts like dry f ilter dusts, electronic scrap dusts, dusts receiv ed from dried grinding sludge, etc.
