Label Free Supra-Biomolecular Tandem Assay
We introduce a simple and conceptually versatile method for the construction of fluorescence-based enzymatic assays, which do not require a labelling of a bio molecule. The assays operate in homogeneous solution; allow direct monitoring by fluorescence without the need for additional incubation steps or chemical or analytical separations. The assay works by the addition of suitable macrocyclic host molecules and fluorescent dyes as additives.
