Harmless Rocaglamide makes Apoptosis Inducing Drugs more Effective
Rocaglamide makes tumour cells more susceptible to anti-proliferative agents while leaving normal cells unaffected. This allows dose reduction of apoptosis inducers and in parallel improves dramatically the patients condition during cancer treatment.
