Capacitor for passive high-frequency components
The invention refers to a programmable, non-volatile, bistable capacitor for the
high-frequency range. The capacitor is suitable to be used as a tunable capacitor or as a data storage element. The frequency range for the application of this capacitor starts at less than 1 MHz and lasts until over 10 GHz.
