Call for Papers: Conference ibausil at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar

The international conference on development and application of building materials “ibausil” provides an established forum to an international audience for the presentation and discussion of state-of-the-art research projects and practical applications.

It takes place every three years and is organised by an organizing committee at the chair “Building Materials”, under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Horst-Michael Ludwig, director of the F.A. Finger-Institute for Building Materials Science at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The ibausil is the leading conference at building materials and brings together researchers from universities and industrial enterprises from all over the world.

The objective of the conference is to provide an international overview of the research and application developments, to exchange experiences, to initiate international and interdisciplinary research collaborations and to formulate strategies and objectives for future research.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Scientists and specialists are invited to submit abstracts by November 1, 2011. Please use the conference system on www.ibausil.de for submission.

All abstracts and papers will be peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and on CD.

The topics of ibausil to which abstracts can be submitted are:
• Inorganic binders
• Concretes and Durability of concrete
• Walling materials
• Construction maintenance
• Recycling
Conference language will be English and German.
