FIDSAM – A New Technique in Confocal Fluorescence Microscopy
FIDSAM (Fluorescence Intensity Decay Shape
Analysis Microscopy), a powerful method in confocal imaging fluorescence microscopy based on the FLIM technique for characterizing a sample with high background signal and for visual contrast improvement by means of decay function shape analysis. Apart from imaging applications, also fluidic applications, such as detection in HPLC, can highly benefit from FIDSAM.
