Enabling Technology: Assessment of Antigen- Specific T Cell Functions
We offer a highly sensitive, non-radioactive method for the functional
detection of antigen-specific T-lymphocytes ex vivo. The technology is based on module based vectors constructed in a way that an antigen and a fluorescence marker directly correlate in their expression. Furthermore, subsequent separation of the marker from the antigen protects it from degradation and results in a strong fluorescence signal. The method is based on the Plasmid Transfection Fluorolysis (PTF) Assay developed by the inventors as well.
