In order to prevent abuse of the service, innovations-report will include your IP address in the form of an e-mail header record (X_IR_sendIP) in the message and store this data for a period of two months. In the event a third party can prove that its rights have been violated by the mailing of an article in conjunction with this service, innovations-report will release the identification data for legal prosecution.
