A brand belonging to renowned furniture manufacturer Ateliers du Drugeot, DRUGEOT LABO uses wood from sustainable sources to create furniture that is both original and practical. The company's workshops employ a dozen cabinet makers using both traditional machinery and digital equipment. Returning to 100% Design with a new range of furniture, Drugeot Labo adds lighting to this year's collection. The ELAGONE light has simple lines, emphasising the beauty of the solid-oak element, which is lit by central LEDs.
ENO STUDIO promotes handmade design, producing objects and furniture whose prime function is to create meaning and emotion. ENO collaborates with designers such as Antoine Phelouzat, Frédéric Ruyant, Paola Navone and Sébastien Cordoléani. This year's collection gives both colour and small furniture a prominent place. The range includes modular shelving units composed of steel parts and solid wood planks, as well as blended solid-wood stools. New products will be launched in September.

In power electronics systems bonded connections create the central electrical connections between adjoining surfaces.
The quality of these bonded connections is one of the main factors that determines the reliability and availability of drive systems in electric vehicles, and hence constitutes a major design challenge for German auto manufacturers aiming to electrify their vehicles.
Now the partners participating in the RoBE (Robust Bonds in ...

Quantum entanglement, a perplexing phenomenon of quantum mechanics that Albert Einstein once referred to as “spooky action at a distance,” could be even spookier than Einstein perceived.
Physicists at the University of Washington and Stony Brook University in New York believe the phenomenon might be intrinsically linked with wormholes, hypothetical features of space-time that in popular science fiction can provide a much-faster-than-light shortcut from one part of the universe to another.
But here’s the catch: One couldn’t actually ...
