cDNA-Synthesis from cells after microdissection

? Specially developed procedure for the analysis of individual eurons from fixed brain cross sections is applicable for a multitude of other cell types and tissues

? Contamination free isolation of individual cells from fixed tissue by means of laser microdissection and subsequently, the direct cDNA-ynthesis of the RNA of these cells ? The complex and risky step of RNA isolation is no longer necessary, because lysis, cDNA-Synthesis and, subsequently, PCR-reaction are combined in a reaction vessel and are conducted in a common buffer. ? Further steps, such as sample preparation, colouring, implementation of the incubation protocol and adherence to the temperature guidelines optimise the yield of RNA/cDNA ? Overall, the procedure is characterised by simple, quick and cost-efficient application
