Selective Synthesis of Dihydroxyacetone using an Oxidisation Catalyst
The invention relates to a method for the fabrication of dihydroxyacetone (DHA) using a new catalyst which facilitates a selective oxidisation of glycerol. Furthermore, a method for the making of the catalyst is presented.
