Functional SNPs in the human GNAQ
Enclosed are new, functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the regulatory sequences of the human GNAQ gene which encodes the Q-polypeptide of human G proteins. Because of the high GC content of the upstream regulatory sequences, these polymorphisms have not been identified previously. Q-polypeptide of heterotrimeric G Proteins.
