SolarSiCF: Photovoltaic tissue from monocrystalline SiC fibers

SolarSiCF is a photovoltaic textile, consisting of dopable

close meshed silicon carbide fibers enclosed by a photoactive polymer. The extra flexible tissue is robust and of notedly low weight. SolarSiCF tissue is useful in all areas where textiles are machined and electrical power is needed in the application.
