PIM – Process Identification Machine

The invention permits to identify and structure the content of e-mail messages. Its core element is the analytical unit, which permits processing of structured but not standardized records (e-mail messages). Automatic processing takes place based on the analysis and process-specific recognition of the information contained in the messages. PIM analyses and classifies the information in both the header and the body of the e-mail messages, and either forwards or processes it automatically, depending on the process or process step identified.
