New NIR fluorescent probes for improved tumor detection
There is a great demand for developing highly fluorescent and specific probes that enable e.g. sensitive detection of malignancies. Scientists at the University of Göttingen together with two German research institutes have co-developed powerful NIR fluorescence probes for tumor detection or other disease-related targets.
