Micro-pump actuated upon application of an alternating voltage.

The following expose presents a novel and patent-pending fluidic micro-pump. The pumping of the medium is performed without any mechanical moving parts and is actuated by an alternating voltage, enabling a pumping motion of the fluid. The offered micro-pump portrays the following advantages: an efficient high-pressure fluidic output combined with a simple construction enabling low fabrication costs.
