Method of Forming Porous Metal Oxides Films via Electrostatic Spray Deposition
We now offer a novel method for the production of porous oxide films on a
substrate using template assisted electrostatic spray deposition (ESD). This method overcomes all known problems of the current technologies and is able to produce both mesoporous and macroporous films in a hierarchically structure.
